Quick Answer

This section modifies the limitations on floors occupied by commercial uses in Subdistricts A, B, and C. For mixed buildings with Office Use Group VII on the same story as a dwelling unit, certain limitations do not apply. It also exempts commercial buildings from limitations on stories allocated to specific use groups, except for breweries. Applies to property owners in designated subdistricts.
