What is NYC ZR § 126-32?

Quick Answer

This section outlines the regulations for off-street loading berths, stating that they are generally not permitted between a street wall and a street line unless authorized by the City Planning Commission. The Commission must determine that alternative locations are not feasible and that loading berths are adequately screened. Applies to property operators managing loading facilities.
