FC § 5704.2.3.2

Tanks more than 100 gallons (379 L) in capacity, which are used for the storage of Class I, II or III liquids, shall bear a label and placard identifying the material therein. Placards shall be in accordance with NFPA 704. Exception: Tanks located underground.
