3308.6.1.7 Permanent removal.

BC § 3308.6.1.7

Horizontal safety netting systems may be permanently removed as follows: 1. Horizontal safety netting systems installed for the construction of a building in accordance with Section 3308.6.1.1 may be removed after all concrete has been placed at the highest level and all concrete stripping work at the highest level has been completed.

2.Horizontal safety netting systems installed for the demolition of a building in accordance with Section 3308.6.1.2 may be removed after the demolition has progressed to within six stories or 75 feet (22 860 mm), whichever is less, above the ground or adjoining roof level.

3.Horizontal safety netting systems installed for facade work in accordance with Section 3308.6.1.3 may be removed after all facade work above the level of the nets has been completed.
