3303.16.2 Utility hookups.

BC § 3303.16.2

No electrical, plumbing, or other utility hook up shall be made to a worker shed, contractor shed, contractor office, or similar structure until a permit for the hookup has been issued by the commissioner in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 1 of Title 28 of the Administrative Code. Where required by Chapter 4 of Title 28 of the Administrative Code, the utility hookup must be made by or under the direct and continuing supervision of a licensed individual.
