§ 82-25 Reporting Requirements.

(a)Report Change in Status.

(1)When a Licensee has a change of Mailing Address, Email Address, or a change in the office of record, the Licensee must report the changes in person or by mail within 10 days of such change (not including weekends and holidays).

(2)The Licensee must bring the Rate Card for the Licensee's Street Hail Livery. 35 RCNY § 82-25(a)Fine: $100Appearance NOT REQUIRED (b) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Taximeter. If a Taximeter is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, the Licensee must notify the Commission and the Police Department within 48 hours (not including weekends and holidays) of the loss, theft or destruction, and must provide any affidavit or information that the Commission requires. 35 RCNY § 82-25(b)Fine: $100Appearance NOT REQUIRED
