§ 6-1003 Procedures.

RCNY § 6-1003

(a)The hearing shall be presided over by any employee of the Department designated by the Commissioner to serve as the presiding officer.

(b)The presiding officer shall have authority to determine the order in which testimony is presented and evidence received. At the conclusion of the hearing, the presiding officer shall cause a transcript of the hearing to be made and prepare a written report containing a summary of the proposal and the evidence submitted.
