§ 5-83 Application Filing Fee.

(a)The applicant shall submit to the commissioner with its preapplication a check for a non-refundable application fee in the following amount: Square Footage of BuildingFee Less than 10,000 square feet$50010,001 to 25,000 square feet$1,00025,001 to 50,000 square feet$1,25050,001 to 100,000 square feet$1,500100,001 to 250,000 square feet$2,500Over 250,000 square feet$5,000 (b) In addition to the filing fee, an applicant shall pay the costs of any survey conducted by or at the request of the commissioner, to develop or verify any factual matters relating to the application.

(c)All fees shall be made payable by check or money order to the "New York City Department of Small Business Services."
