§ 1-53 Authority given to the Executive Director.

RCNY § 1-53

(a)The authority given under these Rules to the Executive Director will: (1) be exercisable either by the Executive Director or by such members of Agency Staff or members of the Board as the Executive Director may designate, and (2) be subject to such limitations as the Board may determine by resolution.

(b)Consistent with the Charter mandate and without relinquishing its oversight authority, the Board authorizes the Executive Director, in consultation with the Chair, to manage all matters related to the appointment of Agency Staff, the organizational structure, and the day-to-day operations of the Civilian Complaint Review Board. (Amended City Record 1/2/2018, eff. 2/1/2018)
