RCNY § 1-13.4

The Board will retain files for all completed (i.e., approved, withdrawn, or denied) applications, digitally or off-site. The public may request that the Board obtain the files from the off-site location. Such request will be subject to the requisite fee requirement, in accordance with 2 RCNY § 1-09.2. (Amended City Record 9/15/2021, eff. 9/15/2021)
