§ 1-13.2 Freedom of Information.

RCNY § 1-13.2

Requests for information pursuant to §§ 87 et seq. (Access to Agency Records) of the New York State Public Officers Law (Freedom of Information) must be submitted to the designated Freedom of Information Officer. A decision granting or denying access to the requested document(s) will be made in writing by the Board in accordance with the law. Appeals from a denial of a request for information must be submitted to the counsel of the Board within thirty (30) days from the date of the determination. A decision explaining in writing the reasons for further denial or providing access to the record(s) sought will be made in accordance with the law.
