§ 1-09 Publication Requirements for the Award of a Concession.

RCNY § 1-09

(a)Notice of the award of a concession shall be published in the City Record within 30 calendar days after registration of the concession, shall be posted on the City's website in a location that is accessible by the public simultaneously with its publication, and a copy shall be provided to the members of the Committee within 5 days of its publication.

(b)Such notice shall include: (1) Agency name; (2) Location of the awarded concession; (3) Summary of the terms and conditions of the proposed concession agreement, including the revenue anticipated to be received by the City; (4) Name and address of concessionaire; and (5) Method by which concession was solicited. (Amended City Record 10/29/2025, eff. 11/28/2025)
