§ 9-303 Citywide summons report.

AC § 9-303

The office shall submit a biannual summary of summonses to the council and post such summary to the office's website. This summary shall be submitted within 30 days of January 1 and July 1 of each year. This summary shall include but not be limited to the following information regarding criminal summonses issued during the previous six months: a. The number of criminal summonses, in total and disaggregated by the number and percentage of such summonses issued by each city agency, and further disaggregated by the number and percentage of charges in the following categories: (a) felonies, (b) misdemeanors, and (c) violations or infractions. b. The number and percentage of criminal summonses disaggregated by charge, and further disaggregated by agency. c.
