§ 8-702 Definitions.

AC § 8-702

As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: Commission. The term "commission" means the city commission on human rights. Council. The term "council" means the council of the city of New York. Discriminatory boycott or blacklist. The term "discriminatory boycott or blacklist" means any act that is an unlawful discriminatory practice under subdivision 18 of section 8-107. (Am.
