§ 28-427.1 Applications and permits.

AC § 28-427.1

All applications/permits issued to elevator contractors shall appear on the department of buildings website within forty-eight (48) hours of issuance. The information required to be published must include, at a minimum, the date of issuance, the work covered by the permit, the elevator contractor or contractors involved and location and type of work to be performed. The department shall maintain and publish a registry of all licensed elevator agency helpers, technicians, and inspectors, which shall list and identify, all licensed elevator agency helpers, technicians, and inspectors, doing business in the city of New York.
