AC § 28-412.2

An oil-burning equipment installer license permits the license holder to install any type of oil-burning equipment. The license holder shall have full responsibility for the manner in which the work is done, and for the material and equipment used, and for the control and direct and continuing supervision of the persons employed on the work. Such equipment shall include, but not be limited to, burners, boilers and generators. (Am.
